We are here in Slovenia as we have been for the past 5 days. It has definately been one of my favorite places. We are staying in Bled which is about 2 hours out of the capital Ljubljana (the js are like ys as we have found out). There is a cute litlle town on a beautiful lake. We are stazing in the nicest camping site I have ever seen. We have been burning by the water. Swimming in the perfectly blue lake, hiking through the small yet modern mountainside towns, anwatching the 52nd international rowing regatta and strolling through the town of Bled. We hiked up to the old castle for dinner one night and learned a bit about slovenian history. Lots to see and do at a relaxed pace...I love it! We have had the chance to speak to some locals (under aged drinking party on the bleachers) and talke with some people in our camp ground. Tomorrow we are off to the city and then to amsterdam. Our computer here is ridiculously slow. I am watching the characters reveil themselves one second t a time. Plus the weeather is beautiful and erik has some more burning to do. Just kidding. I am keeping him slathered. Erik is wussing out of writing this time. Sorry all. He will have lots to say in amsterdam.

We are soooo jealous! Let's just say that we have had so much rain here that if you didn't know any better you would think you were in the hills of Scotland. Looking out from our place in Cochrane it is Green, green, green. I guess our hope for you to have the nice weather is working. Soak it up kids! We miss you but glad you are having a wonderful time.
